Responsibilities
- Develop and implement regional environmental compliance programs for industrial facilities
- Analyze air quality data and recommend regulatory improvements to state policies

- Prepare technical reports and testify at public hearings on environmental regulations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience in environmental protection
- Professional certification (e.g., CHMM, QEP) or ability to obtain within 6 months
- Advanced proficiency in GIS software and environmental data analysis tools
- Demonstrated experience with California environmental regulations (CEQA, AB 32)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical audiences
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to travel up to 20% within Northern California
