Responsibilities
- Lead complex environmental compliance audits and regulatory enforcement actions

- Train junior staff on environmental regulations and monitoring protocols

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of professional environmental regulatory experience
- Valid California Registered Environmental Professional (REP) certification
- Advanced proficiency in environmental data analysis software (e.g., ArcGIS, ENVI)
- Demonstrated experience with federal and California environmental regulations (CEQA, Clean Air Act)
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for public reporting
