Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Ensure compliance with federal security standards, such as FISMA and NIST guidelines.
- Conduct system performance analysis and implement necessary upgrades to enhance efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal staff and stakeholders.
- Develop and document IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into federal workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Active Public Trust Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
