Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal IT infrastructure and networks in compliance with NIST and FedRAMP standards.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for remote federal employees and internal systems.
- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scanning to mitigate cyber threats.
- Collaborate with State and Local agency stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.
- Manage project lifecycles for system upgrades and IT asset management.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and incident reports for audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent technical experience.
- Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or ability to obtain one) is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Federal IT environments, systems administration, or cybersecurity.
- Certifications: CISSP, Security+, GSEC, or equivalent industry certifications preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with senior leadership and government clients.
