Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain server infrastructure and network systems during the 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM shift.
- Execute routine system backups, patch management, and security updates to ensure operational continuity.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by government staff with minimal downtime.
- Enforce data security protocols and conduct nightly vulnerability scans.
- Document system configurations, incidents, and maintenance logs for audit compliance.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in system administration or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts and holidays.
- U.S. Citizenship required for government clearance.
