Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for federal hardware and software systems.
- Manage and secure network infrastructure, ensuring compliance with federal standards (NIST, FISMA).
- Lead the implementation of new IT projects and conduct system upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify technical requirements and solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all system configurations and procedures.
- Conduct security audits and risk assessments to mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- US Citizenship and ability to pass a background investigation.
