Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management from initiation through closure.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure business continuity.
- Communicate project status, risks, and key deliverables to executive stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal regulations and standards.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- PMP or PgMP certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in IT project management.
- Proven experience working within the public sector or large enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in MS Project, Jira, or similar PM tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
