Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of federal IT infrastructure and systems.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal security protocols, including FISMA and NIST compliance.
- Conduct system audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability testing to safeguard sensitive data.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior staff members within the Federal division.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions for government agencies.
- Manage project lifecycles using Agile methodologies, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Document technical specifications and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Active Top Secret security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or PMP are highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and virtualization platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
