Responsibilities
- Oversee the processing and auditing of federal pension plans, including FERS and CSRS.
- Investigate discrepancies in retirement records and resolve them with precision.
- Ensure all night shift operations adhere to OPM (Office of Personnel Management) guidelines.
- Provide detailed reporting and analytics on pension fund performance.
- Collaborate with the Tampa and New York offices to maintain data consistency across regions.
- Assist federal employees with inquiries regarding their retirement eligibility and benefits.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and data security standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in federal benefits administration or pension management.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Availability to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM).
- Deep knowledge of federal retirement systems and tax regulations.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite and database management software.
