Responsibilities
- Program Management: Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of federal grant programs, ensuring alignment with agency objectives and federal regulations.
- Compliance & Reporting: Monitor compliance with federal laws, OMB guidelines, and internal policies; prepare and submit accurate performance reports and financial statements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for federal clients and internal teams, facilitating clear communication and resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Data Analysis: Analyze program metrics and performance data to identify trends, recommend process improvements, and drive strategic decision-making.
- Contract Administration: Support contract officers in reviewing proposals, managing contracts, and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in administrative workflows and implement best practices to enhance operational productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal program analysis, grants management, or administrative support within the public sector or government contracting.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of federal regulations, including FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) and OMB Circulars.
- Security Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is required; ability to obtain clearance is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with case management software or grant management systems (e.g., Grants.gov, SAP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
