Responsibilities
- Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Manage project budgets, track financial performance, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, compliance standards, and agency guidelines.
- Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Coordinate with stakeholders across various federal agencies and internal departments to align objectives.
- Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing federal or government contracts and projects.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess a current Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
