Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy secure, scalable software solutions for federal government clients.
- Ensure all code meets strict security compliance standards, including NIST and FedRAMP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide technical support in a high-stakes environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Active Top Secret or Secret security clearance (US Citizenship required).
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, preferably within the federal sector.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or .NET.
- Strong understanding of cloud architecture (AWS or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
