Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure for federal and state clients in El Paso and nationwide.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and remediation to ensure compliance with NIST 800-171 and FedRAMP standards.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for complex network environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation projects.
- Document system configurations, security protocols, and operational procedures.
- Mentor junior staff and ensure team adherence to government security policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Federal or State IT environments.
- Active Top Secret or Secret security clearance is required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
