Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments within federal compliance standards.
- Implement and monitor network security protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Configure and troubleshoot complex IT systems and applications.
- Ensure full compliance with NIST, FISMA, and FedRAMP requirements.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and documentation for federal stakeholders.
- Lead deployment of IT upgrades and security patches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- 5+ years of experience in systems administration or IT support.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture and virtualization technologies.
- Experience working in a government or federal contracting environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
