Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of federal IT systems and solutions, ensuring alignment with agency strategic goals.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to gather requirements, define scopes, and develop comprehensive technical specifications.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, including FedRAMP, NIST, and OMB guidelines.
- Oversee project lifecycles using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, managing timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure system security and operational continuity.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in federal contracting or civil service IT environments.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance is required.
- Strong proficiency in requirements analysis, system architecture, and database management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern development methodologies.
