Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of federal IT systems to meet agency objectives.
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and translate them into detailed technical specifications for developers.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal compliance standards, including FAR and agency-specific guidelines.
- Manage stakeholder communications, providing regular updates on project progress and risks.
- Perform system testing, quality assurance, and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues.
- Document all processes, technical configurations, and system changes accurately.
- Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal systems analysis or government contracting.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience with SQL, Java, or .NET in a federal environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
