Role Overview
As a Senior Federal Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure IT solutions for our federal clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure project success while adhering to strict federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis of federal agency requirements and translate them into scalable IT solutions.
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network architectures for federal clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and compliance reports for federal audits.
- Provide expert guidance to junior staff and stakeholders on best practices in federal IT.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or defense contracting environments.
- Strong proficiency in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and hybrid infrastructure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Experience with ITIL framework and federal compliance standards (FISMA, FedRAMP).
