Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure for federal clients.
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and implement remediation strategies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineering staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver complex IT solutions on time and within budget.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security regulations, including FISMA and NIST standards.
- Manage and troubleshoot server hardware, virtualization platforms, and cloud environments.
- Prepare and present detailed technical documentation and status reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance with eligibility for SCI access.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in federal IT systems engineering or network administration.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or GCFA are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
