Responsibilities
- Oversee the monitoring and maintenance of federal network systems and servers during the night shift.
- Execute critical system patches, updates, and security hardening procedures to meet FISMA standards.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with zero tolerance for downtime.
- Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments to protect sensitive federal data.
- Document all technical procedures and system configurations for compliance reporting.

Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or willingness to undergo processing).
- 7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, Network Administration, or IT Support.
- Deep understanding of federal compliance frameworks (NIST, DISA, FedRAMP).
- Proven ability to work independently and autonomously in a night shift environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Linux/Windows server administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
