Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor the city's pension fund investments to ensure long-term sustainability
- Prepare detailed financial statements and budget reports for city departments
- Analyze fiscal data to identify trends and recommend financial strategies
- Ensure compliance with government accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with department heads on financial planning and forecasting
- Develop risk management policies for city assets and investments

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in government or municipal finance
- Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) designation required
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Deep understanding of pension fund management principles
