Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Vision: Define and communicate the long-term technical roadmap for the organization, aligning innovation goals with business objectives.
- Emerging Technology Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech trends, AI advancements, and disruptive innovations to identify high-impact opportunities.
- R&D Partnership: Partner with Research & Development teams to prototype and validate potential technologies for future product integration.
- Competitive Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis of competitor strategies and emerging tech stacks to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or engineering leadership, with a proven track record of driving innovation.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in AI/ML, Quantum Computing, or Advanced Web3 architectures.
- Strategic Mindset: Exceptional ability to think critically about the future, assess risks, and develop robust long-term plans.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
