Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, quantum computing) to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for organizational resilience
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future solutions
- Present strategic foresight to executive teams and key stakeholders
- Author thought leadership reports on future of work/industry
- Mentor junior futurists and build external expert networks
- Integrate foresight into product development and R&D processes
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or Business Strategy
- 8+ years in innovation consulting, R&D, or strategic foresight
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing executive-level strategy
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech (AI, blockchain, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills
- Experience with foresight tools (horizon scanning, Delphi methods)
- Portfolio of published future-oriented research or publications
