Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and communicate future scenario frameworks to executive leadership and cross-functional teams
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term strategic objectives
- Facilitate design-thinking workshops to translate foresight into actionable prototypes
- Build and maintain ecosystem partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Present trend analyses and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of proactive innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial or social impact initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies background
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies preferred
