Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate, geopolitics) to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives and government agencies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to build organizational foresight capabilities
- Author whitepapers and predictive models published in top-tier industry journals
- Design resilience strategies against systemic risks (supply chain, cybersecurity, social instability)
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-concept technologies and services
- Mentor junior futurists and establish thought leadership through speaking engagements
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, Economics, or related field with 8+ years of foresight experience
- Proven track record of developing predictive models for complex global systems
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systemic risk assessment methodologies
