Responsibilities
- Lead cross-disciplinary R&D teams in developing ethical frameworks for AGI alignment and human-machine symbiosis
- Architect predictive models for societal transformation using generative AI and quantum computing simulations
- Design proprietary neuro-interfaces for human augmentation with zero-latency feedback loops
- Establish governance protocols for autonomous systems and quantum-encrypted decision matrices
- Present breakthrough innovations to C-suite executives and federal technology councils
- Lead patent development for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Mentor PhD candidates in our Future Systems Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cognitive Science, or Futurist Philosophy (or equivalent demonstrable breakthroughs)
- Published research in Nature/Science on human-AI collaboration paradigms
- Expertise in quantum neural networks and post-quantum cryptography
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to trillion-dollar market impact
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance frameworks (IEEE, EU AI Act)
- Proficiency in simulating multi-agent systems using quantum annealing
- Experience securing $10M+ in federal/state innovation grants
- Portfolio of at least 3 patented technologies transforming human-computer interaction
