Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and recommend improvements for government programs and public services.
- Collaborate with department heads and elected officials to develop strategic initiatives and operational policies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations for executive leadership and public stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal government compliance standards and reporting requirements.
- Manage cross-functional projects to streamline bureaucratic processes and enhance service delivery.
- Train and mentor junior analysts and administrative staff on best practices in public sector operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in government operations, public sector analysis, or a related analytical role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or advanced Microsoft Excel functions.
- Strong understanding of government budgeting processes, grant management, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
