Responsibilities
- Monitor 50+ federal grant programs for compliance with OMB and agency regulations
- Conduct comprehensive audits and risk assessments of grantee financial reporting
- Develop standardized compliance protocols and training materials for grantees
- Collaborate with legal teams to resolve regulatory violations and implement corrective actions
- Prepare detailed compliance reports for Congressional oversight committees
- Leverage data analytics to identify emerging compliance trends and systemic issues
- Coordinate cross-agency initiatives to standardize grant management processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Finance, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of federal grant compliance experience with OMB Circular A-133
- Expertise in federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS) and grant lifecycle management
- Advanced proficiency in grant accounting systems (e.g., MAX, GMS)
- Valid Federal Grant Management Certification (FMCP or equivalent)
- Experience managing grants exceeding $10M annually
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex federal regulations and guidance documents
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization experience (Tableau/Power BI)
