Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough research on public and private funding opportunities
- Collaborate with program teams to gather impact data and narratives
- Manage grant compliance reporting and relationship stewardship
- Maintain accurate grant tracking systems and pipeline forecasting
- Mentor junior staff on grant writing best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field with 5+ years grant writing experience
- Proven track record securing $1M+ annually in grant funding
- Expertise with federal, state, and foundation grant applications
- Exceptional writing skills with portfolio of successful proposals
- Experience with grant management databases (e.g., Salesforce NPSP)
- Ability to translate complex programs into compelling narratives
- Strong project management and deadline adherence capabilities
