Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex information systems and technology solutions.
- Conduct detailed requirements gathering with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Oversee system testing, quality assurance, and deployment activities to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and IT staff.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or software development.
- Proven experience with database management systems (SQL) and enterprise software platforms.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development life cycles (SDLC).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain a Level II Background Investigation (State Agency requirement).
