Responsibilities
- Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of complex enterprise software solutions and database systems.
- Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting of critical IT infrastructure to ensure 99.9% system availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural plans.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal and state cybersecurity standards, data privacy laws, and IT governance protocols.
- Provide advanced technical mentorship and guidance to junior analysts and support staff.
- Conduct regular performance audits, risk assessments, and system upgrades to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in information systems analysis, software development, or database administration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, or C#; experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus.
- Familiarity with government IT frameworks, such as FISMA and NIST compliance standards.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems under pressure.
