Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for system development and enhancement projects.
- Design, develop, and test complex software solutions and system integrations that meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues to minimize system downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain and document system architectures, data flows, and technical processes to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or software development within a government or large enterprise environment.
- Proven experience with SQL, Java, .NET, or other modern programming languages and databases.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance or pass a federal/state background check.
