Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex software solutions and database systems in alignment with state standards.
- Lead technical projects from conception through deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.
- Conduct comprehensive system analysis to identify bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and enhance user experiences.
- Implement and monitor strict security protocols to protect sensitive government data and intellectual property.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in software development, systems analysis, or IT project management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
