Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of enterprise software deployment and system integration projects.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and digital transformation opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with state cybersecurity policies, data privacy regulations, and IT governance standards.
- Conduct code reviews, performance testing, and provide mentorship to junior IT staff.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and operational procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotation for critical system maintenance and incident response.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in software development, system administration, or IT consulting.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Deep knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle) and data warehousing.
- Certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or AWS Solutions Architect are highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
