Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level software solutions and technical infrastructure.
- Analyze complex technical requirements and translate them into scalable, high-performance architectural designs.
- Ensure strict compliance with state and federal cybersecurity standards, data privacy regulations (CCPA/GDPR), and IT governance policies.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain the highest standards of software quality and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding project managers, business analysts, and stakeholdersâto optimize business processes through technology.
- Provide expert troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical support for critical systems during high-traffic periods.
- Manage technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams and operational runbooks.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in software development, systems analysis, or IT project management.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of relational and non-relational database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
