Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support for complex user issues.
- Analyze system performance and implement optimization strategies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local cybersecurity standards.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT systems analysis and administration.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain a security clearance (favorable background check required).
