Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning, design, and implementation of city-wide IT network infrastructure and systems.

- Manage and mentor junior IT staff, providing technical guidance and professional development.
- Collaborate with department heads to align technology solutions with strategic city goals.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Certification such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or PMP is highly preferred.
- Proven experience working in the public sector or government environment.
- Strong knowledge of network architecture, cloud computing, and database management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to obtain necessary government security clearances.
