Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex IT infrastructure systems to support agency operations.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and strategic consultation to departmental leadership and end-users.
- Ensure data integrity and cybersecurity compliance across all state-owned networks and databases.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-based solutions, optimizing performance and scalability.

Qualifications
