Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure and IT systems.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and internal stakeholders.
- Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade hardware, software, and cloud solutions.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate system configurations and logs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT support, network administration, or systems engineering.
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), Windows Server, and Linux environments.
- Valid IT certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical staff.
