Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructure and software applications.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Lead special projects and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver IT solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT systems analysis or network administration.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, security standards, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or PMP are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
