Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and maintenance of federal IT infrastructure and network services.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive government data.
- Lead the modernization of legacy systems to improve service delivery and user experience.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with federal regulations (e.g., FISMA, OMB).
- Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to a team of IT professionals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define technical requirements and solutions.
- Manage software licensing, procurement, and system upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Strong proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, or PMP are highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- Deep understanding of ITIL framework and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
