Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex federal IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user devices.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to ensure compliance with federal standards (FedRAMP, NIST).
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for mission-critical applications.
- Conduct system audits and performance monitoring to optimize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy scalable IT solutions.
- Document technical processes and maintain accurate system configurations.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/Secret Clearance (or the ability to obtain one) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in federal IT environments or systems engineering.
- Proficiency with Cisco networking, Microsoft Server 2016/2019/2022, and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, including CISSP or Security+ certifications preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
