Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain complex network infrastructure and hardware systems.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive state data.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users across multiple departments.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments to ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade and modernize legacy systems.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or CCNA are highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
- Proven experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
