Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT projects including cybersecurity upgrades and cloud migrations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Operations) for seamless execution
- Ensure adherence to NIST and FISMA compliance requirements
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Stakeholder communication with city council members and department heads
- Implement Agile methodologies for rapid delivery of public services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of IT project management experience in government/public sector
- PMP or PgMP certification required
- Proven experience with enterprise-level ERP systems
- Active DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain
- Familiarity with Texas state procurement regulations
