Responsibilities
- Lead the full project lifecycle from initiation through closure for major IT infrastructure upgrades.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and provide transparent progress reports.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT project management, preferably in a government or large enterprise environment.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP certification is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
