- Stakeholder management across state agencies and private partners
- Implement risk mitigation strategies and change management protocols
- Track KPIs and deliverables using enterprise project management tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years IT project management experience in public sector
- PMP or CSM certification required
- Expertise in cloud migration (AWS/Azure) and enterprise systems
- Proven track record managing budgets >$1M
- Strong knowledge of CA state procurement processes
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
