Responsibilities
- Administer and manage the agency's local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and network segments.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive federal data and infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Conduct system analysis, design, and programming to support agency-specific applications.
- Maintain and update technical documentation and system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited college or university.
- Experience: At least 5 years of specialized experience in IT systems administration, network engineering, or cybersecurity.
- Clearance: Active Secret clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols (TCP/IP).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
