Responsibilities
- Oversee enterprise network infrastructure and cybersecurity protocols
- Implement and maintain cloud-based systems (AWS/Azure)

- Provide technical support to 15+ city departments
- Develop disaster recovery and business continuity plans
- Manage vendor relationships and technology procurement
- Ensure compliance with federal and state IT regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT management
- Certification in CompTIA Security+ or equivalent
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and network administration
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong project management skills (PMP preferred)
- Knowledge of Texas public sector IT standards
