Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise system implementations and integrations
- Manage cybersecurity protocols for critical infrastructure
- Develop IT governance frameworks and compliance strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Provide technical guidance to junior staff and stakeholders
- Monitor system performance and optimize IT service delivery
- Ensure ADA compliance for all digital platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in municipal IT environments
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Strong knowledge of federal/state IT compliance standards
- Excellent project management skills (PMP preferred)
- Valid California driver's license
