Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure enterprise network infrastructure.
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT support or network administration.

- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
- Proficiency in managing Windows Server and Linux environments.
