Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal IT infrastructure and network systems.
- Ensure strict compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, and other federal security protocols.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex system outages and incidents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software updates and IT solutions.
- Conduct regular security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability testing.
- Provide technical mentorship and guidance to junior IT staff members.
Qualifications
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or federal contracting.
- Strong certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CompTIA Security+.
- Proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Deep understanding of federal acquisition regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication skills for interfacing with government stakeholders.
